upon comin thru...

.......................he stepped...

clapped-you, in my palm

maps two, they trapped-Jews

him highly calm, unrapped-news.

so now, to fight-again

saw a clown, light-frame

plain down, his was a tight-game.

see minds who fought fame

quite a lot came, taught the same

continental curriculum, the hot flames.

free-from-cars. weed a norm near bars.

AFREE-KA. seek tha, light

speak life, in a script a week's lines.

then they battled for leadership positions.

hmm...

Your style in this piece is definately interesting - all the commas (which sorta dismantled the meaning in the piece, in my opinion) give it a slow, abstract (nice) flow... That being said, I get the the theme you're exploring fair enough, but i don't really understand your context... and some of the wordplay only served to confuzzle me a little more...

But I'm gonna read it again... and again and again,

Right after I move it.

NiceOne

LoL, i kinda get it,

he talkin about freestyle battles i think, (the clown being his opponent)...a battle of witts n words, "the hot flames"... which is reflected in the quick witty almost improvised flow of the poem...

"AFREE-KA. seek tha, light

speak life, in a script a week's lines."

seek the light, speak life...give life to ur feelings n thoughts through the wordz u use 2 express yourself, poetry. floetry. rap.
