I blinked to find myself rested on intertwined shadows,

perfectly aligned to form an ellipsis.

Soothing melodies of sound passionately kissed my eardrum

as the wind whispered joyful tidings of days to come.

The chill of time dissolving into a stand-still,

tickled my skin as dust particles from our faces blended onto the stillness of night.

The distant grip of my eyesight formed a perfect continous half circle with the skies above.

And soon stars fell,

TWO to be exact.

From behind the shadows,

a picture drew itself onto the canvas.

Dreams and reality blended as the hour glass broke.

The skies melted,

and before me,

stood a masterpiece.

A being that escaped the timeless portal of a land seen by the unseen.

A dimension beyond human perception.

I felt myself drift

as her gaze sucked me into a world that rested between her eyeballs and her distant thoughts of the forgotten.

The waves of her sweet laughter carried me as I drifted afloat the ripples created by her lips.

This world was unknown to my senses,

but i let the magic of this being take me away.

And I melted onto a dimension unknown to my comprehension.

At first I thought It was a dream,

so i pinched myself so hard I bled.

I closed my eyes to find them open on the other side.

With every blink,

my world re-arranged

as all the components re-aligned themselves to please my taste.

So I quickly shut my eyes from the other side

to find them open on this side.

Then she smiled,

My lateral view converged to centralize the picture.

As quickly as the picture kept re-drawing itself,

re-painting its existence on the canvas of night.

My eyes blinked,

and for a moment I thought I heard a "shutter".... A click

My brain framed the moment.

When detail met pure artistry,

the richness of colour,

where each stroke is independently connected to the next.

The disintegration of the integrated intertwined.

And for that moment...

I felt Perfection.

this is hot. put a 'lol' on my mind.

the idea of inner eyes and outer eyes was plain murder. An image so real you see with your outer and inner eyes. I loved this man. keep inking.

i love the imagery. this gal is celestial in reality. (both eyes. the surface and the poetic see it so! :D )

What's the two stars, though? her eyes?

"I closed my eyes to find them open on the other side", the abstract then becomes the reality - good piece
