..why did u' have to mention anything to do with the universe in this piece?...n' u' jus did it the way I like it...
More like sums it up for me. Nice one indeed Seraph!

First of all, WOWWW!

I wanted to cry because the poem to me depicted "Til death do us part" an ultimate love story for sure. although the poem is of suicide, it was not morbid in the least but calming, as though it could be a good thing. almost convinced me to want to take that journey. Deep.

thanks peeps. This is a poem that just grew on me. I been playing with the concept of catching tears and putting them on the sky as stars for a lil bit and the poem just grew on me. i could see the people sitting on the edge of the mountain top, I knew I wanted a romantic poem, then the whole commiting suicide together seemed like the most romantic yet craziest idea and that's how the poem grew on me :)

Beautiful imagery...

there is a sense of escapism, which helps hint and build up to the ending;

"Ignoring the sounds of the world beneath us...We’ll get lost in the space between never and forever"

I like the romantic slant the poem has about suicide, which is usually quite depressing...reminds me of those pact suicides people sometimes make...

what inspired this Poetic Seraph?
first time reading a piece from you and i already feel suicidal. tight
get thorough wit this board cornelius, n' I can bet u' gon' get hooked to her poems like a "drug".

Seraph, Seraph...why did u' have to mention anything to do with the universe in this piece?...n' u' jus did it the way I like it...thats my weakness!!!...

...this is a sick concept, catchin' topic n' ill content...I need not say more but quote this:
We’ll sit on the edge of the mountain top

Ignoring the sounds of the world beneath us

Histories will burn in the fire of senseless memories

And I will catch your tears and place them on the sky

Tales of pain will be recited endlessly

By silver stars up in heaven

An eternal picture, painted by you and me

We’ll get lost in the space between never and forever

Time will watch us

As the moon will finally embrace the sun

I will hold your hand as our last journey has begun

And as my oxygen will become your oxygen

Fear not, my love

Because with our last breathe

We’ll finally become … one
:D
